Make2explore 2WD 2-Layer DIY Robotic Car Chassis – Multipurpose

This chassis can be used to design educational learning kit for beginners (kids) to get hands-on experience about Robotics. You can build projects like line tracing, obstacle avoidance, edge avoidance, distance testing, speed testing, Pick and Place and wireless robotic applications etc. using this chassis.

Salient Features –
1. BO motors are pre-connected with connecting (jumper) wires.
2. Ceramic Capacitors are soldered to the terminals of motors to reduce the effect of interference and spikes, it smoothens the rotation of motor.
3. Two level chassis (Two layers of acrylic sheets), which provides plenty of space for mounting and placing different modules and accessories.
4. Chassis is designed with very precise considerations of ergonomical modeling to provide best performance.
5. In front and Back end of chassis there are mounting holes to attach the sensor modules, Like IR, Ultrasonic etc.

1. 10X10 Inch 2 Layers of Acrylic base sheets
2. Two Good quality BO motors with connecting wires. (5V~6V,150RPM)
3. One Good quality Castor wheel
4. Two BO motor Wheels – Shaft Diameter : 6 mm. Wheel Diameter : 75 mm.
5. Four 30mm brass stand-off for second layer
6. Screws and nuts for assembly
